Introduction
Colonial High School is an urban high school located in Orlando, Florida, with the address 6100 Oleander Drive, Orlando, FL 32807. It serves communities in Orlando such as Azalea Park, Rio Pinar, and Vista Lakes.
The school was established in 1958 on a 57-acre campus. In 2000, it underwent a comprehensive $49 million rebuild, and the new campus opened in 2004. In 2007, an additional 15 acres were added, expanding the total campus to 72 acres. Currently, the school has 3,442 students across two campuses located 3 miles apart.
Colonial High School offers various academic programs including the Academy of Information Technology, Cambridge AICE program, and Veterinary Animal Science and Service. The school’s mission is to educate and inspire all students to become compassionate, efficient, and responsible citizens prepared for an ever-changing world.

Seven year National Gold Council of Excellence and 22 year Florida Gold Medallion Council recipient for Colonial Student Council. Exceeds Standards (highest rating) for JROTC Headquarters Inspection. District Champions in Boys Bowling & Cross Country and Girls Cross Country & Basketball, Regional Champs in Girls Basketball, State Champs in Boys Cross Country.
